Deaf and Hard of Hearing Residential Recovery Services in New England for MA Residents

The Bureau of Substance Abuse Services (BSAS) seeks proposals from vendors located in any of the six New England States (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT) to provide Residential Recovery Services (RRS) to Massachusetts residents who are Deaf or late-deafened in a culturally-specific manner. Vendors must be licensed as substance abuse residential programs by the single state authority or licensing board in their respective State. Applicants from Massachusetts must be currently licensed and funded by BSAS. Eligible applicants that meet minimum qualification requirements, as demonstrated by this qualification process, will be authorized for reimbursement in accordance with DPH-BSAS Payer of Last Resort (POLR) policy.
